These terms apply to all orders placed with Vinyl Mandi, operated as a sole trader from Southall, United Kingdom.

About Us

Vinyl Mandi sells vinyl records via our website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if an item turns out to be unavailable, mispriced, or otherwise cannot be fulfilled. Payment is taken at the time of order.

Pricing

Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated separately at checkout, see our Shipping Policy for details.

Your Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at [insert contact email]. You must return the item to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel, in its original condition, at your own cost. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

This right does not apply to items that have been unsealed or damaged by the customer beyond what's needed to inspect them.

Faulty or Damaged Items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Please contact us within a reasonable time of receiving your order with details and, where possible, photos, and we'll sort it out.

Limitation of Liability

We aren't liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal or customs delays. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
