Vinyl Mandi ships all orders from Southall, United Kingdom.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. During busy periods (new releases, restocks) this may extend slightly. We'll let you know if there's a delay.
Vinyl is fragile. Every order is packed in a rigid mailer with corner protection to guard against warping and shipping damage.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight and destination.

All shipments are tracked, and a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (International & EU Orders)
For orders shipped outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. Vinyl Mandi has no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. Please check with your local customs office if you're unsure before ordering.
Delivery Times
Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order, and are provided by our shipping carriers. Occasionally, deliveries may take longer due to customs processing, local postal delays, or circumstances outside our control. We appreciate your patience if this happens.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, please get in touch and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to redirect a parcel once it has been dispatched, and we can't take responsibility for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
